Reflection on Fuild Thoughts to Actions workshop

Over the past few weeks I have been able to obtain new techniques and view things relating to form and space which in turn will assist in examining architectural forms and spaces. I have thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and I have been able to express myself in ways that I never have before. I also enjoyed our visit to Opera House where we were able to gain some experience of drawing on site sketches.

I would like to thank Chrisse and Anton for all of their efforts.

Artists and Architects Work

Architect: Jorn Utzon

This is some of Jorn Utzon's work. It is abstract and conceptual. smiliar in ways to Fanz Kline

Artist: Donald Judd (Sculptor)

Artist:Franz Kline
This is "Painting number 2" (1954) that follows the action painting or abstract art genre.

Artist: Henri Toulouse- Lautrec (1864)-1901)
Maddme Palnyre with her dog.
I found this interesting becasue of the attention to the line work and the way in which it helps to create form and tone to make the drawing much stronger.

Artist: Joseph Fini 1980 (Drawing)
This creats tone vary nicley and I have been able to gain a few insights into how to use tone to create the form of images.
